发展目标：成立中国政治思想与政治文化研究所，旨在缓解、消除中国传统政治思想与政治文化中的消极因素，探寻中国传统政治思想与政治文化中符合中国特色社会主义政治发展道路的合理因素，为中国特色社会主义政治发展指明方向。本研究所以中国政治思想与政治文化为研究目标，以校内外资源为支撑，为学校教学科研工作服务，为各项改革实践提供决策参考。

成立中国政治思想与政治文化研究所，还旨在在政治学学科理论的视野下对中国政治思想与政治文化的相关重要议题进行学术研讨；为党中央及各级地方政府提供决策咨询和理论指导；为相关研究人员提供一个有效的组织和交流平台，为我校建立一支学术活跃与富有成果的学术科研团队。

Development target:

The establishment of institute of Chinese political thought and political culture aims to alleviate and eliminate negative factors in Chinese traditional political thought and culture, explore reasonable factors in Chinese traditional political thought and political culture that conform to the path of socialist political development with Chinese characteristics, and guide the political development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This institute takes Chinese political thought and political culture as the research goal, takes the inside and outside resources of campus as the support, serves for the school teaching and scientific research work, provides the decision-making reference for each reform practice.

The establishment of the institute of Chinese political thought and political culture is also aimed at conducting academic discussion of important issues related to Chinese political thought and political culture from the perspective of political science. We also want to provide decision-making consultation and theoretical guidance to the CPC central committee and local governments at all levels. At the same time, we strive to provide an effective organization and communication platform for relevant researchers and establish an active and fruitful academic research team for our university.
