主讲人：德米特里·萨夫金，法学博士，俄罗斯高等经济大学世界经济与国际政治学院教授、俄罗斯总统直属国民经济与国家行政学院副教授、我国山东大学、中山大学国际研究员。代表作为《欧亚一体化进程中的俄罗斯与中国：合作还是竞争？》（俄文，2015年版）。研究方向为：俄罗斯外交、中俄关系、欧亚区域问题。
