山东大学环境政治研究所是经山东大学正式批准成立的校属独立研究所,是综合国内环境政治研究资源和山东大学各相关学院环境问题研究力量的开放型科研机构。主要研究环境政治理论、全球环境治理、环境与能源政策、国际环境规治比较研究等领域。山东大学环境政治研究所创立于2004年,创建人为郇庆治教授。现任所长为山东大学政治学与公共管理学院刘昌明教授,执行所长为李昕蕾副教授。自成立以来,环境政治研究所组织出版的“环境政治学译丛”和“环境政治学论丛”,成为国内学者研究环境政治和全球环境治理的重要参考文献系列。同时,研究所成员在《世界经济与政治》、《外交评论》、《文史哲》、《马克思主义与现实》、《欧洲研究》等核心刊物上发表论文上百篇,作为环境政治研究领域的学术梯队,已在国内外产生了一定的学术影响。近年来研究所承担并圆满完成了国家社科基金重大项目“习近平生态文明思想研究”、国家社科基金重点课题“绿色变革视角下的国内外生态文化重大理论研究”,国家社科基金项目“西方‘生态资本主义’及其批评研究”,国家社科基金青年项目“中国清洁能源外交战略研究”等课题,这些项目提升了国内环境政治研究的系统性和综合性。
学术活动:
山东大学环境政治研究所定期召开不同主题的学术研讨交流会,旨在促进了环境政治研究领域的学术争鸣和认知共同体建构。自成立以来,环境政治研究所组织已召开了多次具有国内外影响力的学术会议,代表性会议包括2016年9月环境政治研究所召开的山东大学环境政治发展研究论坛暨“绿色发展与中国环境治理”研讨会、2017年5月同上海国际问题研究院联合举办的“2030可持续发展议程视域下的能源-粮食-水纽带安全及中国应对”研讨会、2018年11月同山东大学当代社会主义研究和北京大学环境政治研究中心联合举办的“中国环境政治学学科回顾与展望”学术研讨会、2019年10月同北京大学马克思主义学院、德国罗莎·卢森堡基金会合办“社会主义生态文明与环境政治”研讨会等,都受到了学术界同行的广泛关注与好评。这些学术活动旨在实现高校学术研究与社会服务的有效对接,为社会迫切需要解决的重大环境问题贡献智慧。

Institute Introduction:
The Institute of Environmental Politics in Shandong University is an independent research institute established by Shandong University. It is an open research institute that integrates domestic research resources of environmental politics and also the research strength of relative colleges in Shandong University. The researches of this institute mainly focus on environmental politics theory, global environmental governance, environmental and energy policies, and comparative research on international environmental regulations. The institute was founded in 2004 by Professor Huan Qingzhi, and its current director is Professor Liu Changming from the School of Political Science and Public Administration, and its current executive director is Associate Professor Li Xinlei. The "Translations of Environmental Political Science" and "Reviews of Environmental Politics" published by the Institute of Environmental Politics have become important reference series for domestic scholars studying environmental politics and global environmental governance. At the same time, the fellows of the Institute have published hundreds of papers in core journals such as World Economics and Politics, Foreign Affairs Review, Journal of Chinese Humanities, Marxism & Reality, and Chinese Journal of European Studies, and as an academic team in the field of environmental politics, they have exerted certain academic influences at home and abroad. In recent years, the Institute has undertaken and successfully completed the project supported by the major project of National Social Science Foundation -- "Study on Xi Jinping's Thought of Ecological Civilization", key project of National Social Science Foundation -- “Study on major domestic and foreign theories of ecological culture from the perspective of green revolution”, the project of National Social Science Foundation of China -- “Western Ecological Capitalism and its critical research” , the project supported by National Social Science Fund for Young Scholars -- “Research on China’s Clean Energy Diplomatic Strategy” and some other projects. These programs have improved systematic and comprehensive development of domestic research on environmental politics.
Academic Actives:
The Institute of Environmental Politics in Shandong University has held a number of academic conferences with much influence at home and abroad, such as the Shandong University Environmental Political Development Research Forum, “Green Development and China’s Environmental Governance” conference held in September 2016, the conference on “Energy-Food-Water Safety Nexus and China’s Response under the Vision of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals” jointly organized with Shanghai Institute of International Studies, the Symposium on "Review and Prospect of Environmental Politics in China" co-sponsored by Shandong University's Contemporary Socialist Research Center and Peking University's Environmental Politics Research Center in November 2018, the Symposium on "socialist ecological civilization and environmental politics" jointly held with the school of Marxism of Peking University and the German Rosa Luxemburg foundation in October 2019. All of which have been widely concerned and praised by academic peers, which aim to achieving an effective connection between college academic research and social services as well as contributing to solving major urgent environmental issues.
