山东大学机关事务研究中心成立于2019年7月，是山东大学与山东省机关事务管理局共同搭建的学术平台，机构负责人为王佃利教授。本中心的宗旨是依托山东大学雄厚的科研和学术力量，强化机关事务管理议题的相关研究，从而为全省机关事务高质量发展提供理论支撑、智力支持和决策参考，助力山东省机关事务管理的现代化建设。本中心主要关注党政机关事务管理方面的研究议题，重点研究方向包括：（1）机关事务基础理论研究；（2）机关事务规律及趋势研究；（3）机关事务体制、机构与职能研究；（4）机关事务重点业务研究等。

Institutional Affairs Research Center of Shandong University established in July 2019, is an academic platform jointly established by Shandong University and Shandong Government Offices Administration, headed by Professor Wang Dianli. The purpose of the center is to rely on the strong scientific research and academic strength of Shandong University, strengthen the relevant research on the issue of government office affairs management, so as to provide theoretical support, intellectual support and decision-making reference for the high-quality development of government office affairs in Shandong Province, and help the modernization of government office affairs management in Shandong Province. The center mainly focuses on the research topics in the management of party and government offices affairs. The key research directions include :(1) basic theoretical research on government offices affairs;(2) Research on the law and trend of office affairs;(3) Research on the government office system, institutions and functions;(4) Research on key government offices affairs.
